We're looking for an exceptional Lead Functional Consultant to play a vital role in delivering our cutting-edge Staffing and Rates Management solutions. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you'll work alongside our implementation partners, product managers, and technology partners to solve complex business problems and transform customer operations using the 2cloudnine suite of products on the Salesforce platform.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an expert with a deep understanding of the staffing industry and its processes. Your experience should include:

• Staffing Industry Expertise: A strong knowledge of the staffing industry, including Rates calculation, contract management, gross margin, and profitability modeling. Experience in the analysis, design and development of solutions for Staffing Agencies including Applicant Tracking processes, Workforce Management processes and Rates Management processes.
• Software Implementation Experience: Proven experience in middle office and agency project implementations, including end to end workflows from application through to placement, payroll and invoicing.
• Technical Acumen: High level of confidence with configuring software solutions to solve business problems and a drive to learn about new technology, with high favourability placed on Salesforce declarative configuration
• Business Analysis Skills: The ability to solicit and document functional requirements using user stories and other documentation.
• Exceptional Communication: Clear, adaptable, and ordered communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to direct and run discovery and scoping workshops, training sessions as well as advisory and consulting sessions is a must.
