π We're hiring our first dedicated US-based Customer Solutions Consultant.
If you know US payroll, love a customer-facing role with real ownership, and want to help shape how a fast-growing Salesforce
ISV builds out its US footprint β read on.
ABOUT 2CLOUDNINE
We run payroll and time interpretation natively on Salesforce for staffing, recruitment and complex workforce businesses. Our
customers count on us to get pay right, every cycle β and we're expanding in the US to meet rising demand from the staffing
industry.
THE ROLE
You'll be the trusted face of 2cloudnine for our US customers.
Half your time is Customer Success β owning the case queue, resolving issues quickly, being the calm voice when payroll is
mid-cycle.
The other half is Implementation β discovery, configuration, training, go-live for new customers.
As the US customer base grows, the team grows around you. You'll have a real say in how we operate in this market.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
β Own the US case queue and consistently hit SLA
β Run first-level diagnosis on 2cloudnine Payroll and Time2Pay cases
β Receive new US customers post-go-live and bed them in
β Help build the US support model β SLAs, escalation, handover, holiday coverage
β Support implementation projects β discovery, demos, training, configuration, UAT
β Advise customers, internal teams and prospects on 2cloudnine fit (and honest limits)
β Capture learnings back into the solution base and Customer Community
WHAT WE NEED ON DAY ONE
β’ Solid grasp of US payroll β FLSA, federal and state wage-and-hour rules, multi-state considerations
β’ Hands-on Salesforce experience β comfortable with declarative configuration
β’ Strong problem-solving instincts; calm under pressure
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication
β’ Ability to prioritise multiple threads without dropping any
β’ Willingness to overlap occasionally with AU business hours for handover and knowledge sharing
WHAT YOU'LL GROW INTO WITH US
β’ Deep product expertise across 2cloudnine Payroll and Time2Pay β known issues, common errors, recommended solutions
β’ Business analysis and functional design for new implementations and upgrades
β’ Workshop and meeting facilitation with customers and partners
β’ β‘ Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce fluency β central to our roadmap for legacy-data access, conversational support and
intelligent automation
β’ Consulting and commercial skills
BONUS POINTS
β’ Background in staffing, recruitment, agency or multi-employer payroll
β’ Prior implementation experience on a Salesforce ISV platform
β’ Familiarity with Australian payroll concepts (we work cross-region)
HOW YOU'LL WORK
π Location β Remote, anywhere in the US
βοΈ Travel β Occasional, for customer training, project kick-offs, partner workshops and team gatherings
π Hours β US business hours, with the occasional early or late call to overlap with our AU team
π₯ Team β Cross-region (AU + US), reporting to our Head of Customer Success
