Senior Consultant – Staffing Middle Office Implementations

THE MISSION

Be a key middle office subject matter expert at the center of 2cloudnine's US market expansion. Deliver complex Pay and Bill implementations, enable and support partner-led projects, shape the product for the US market, and help define an AI-accelerated delivery approach. The 2cloudnine solution manages the entire MO workflow including time, rates, gross pay, and billing on-platform, integrating with third-party payroll vendors for net pay calculation and processing.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Customer delivery: end-to-end implementation of complex Pay and Bill solutions — rates, time interpretation, gross pay, billing, and payroll vendor integration
• Partner enablement — three modes: embed as an extended team member on partner projects; train and coach partner consultants to self-sufficiency; parachute into troubled or complex projects as the expert escalation
• Product influence: champion US-market functionality and usability improvements to existing functionality, backed by field evidence
• Delivery methodology: build and continuously improve 2cloudnine's North American delivery approach — templates, accelerators, playbooks
• AI-enabled delivery: adopt and promote AI tooling to improve the speed and quality of delivery, from requirements to testing and documentation
• Growth support: scoping, estimation, demos, and discovery for prospective customers

MUST-HAVES

• 3–7+ years in staffing middle office operations and/or implementations (vendor or end-user side)
• Deep Pay and Bill lifecycle expertise: rate management, time interpretation, gross pay calculation, billing/invoicing, reconciliation, and payroll vendor integration
• Track record with complex rate structures, multi-state operations, and sophisticated billing; experience across platforms (Bullhorn Back Office, Avionté, Paramount, or similar)
• Advanced functional Salesforce knowledge and declarative configuration skills (Flows, validation rules)
• Working knowledge of US payroll compliance sufficient to design accurate gross pay and vendor integrations
• Demonstrated AI adoption in consulting work — and genuine enthusiasm for AI-accelerated delivery
• Credible across customers, partner consultants, and product teams; composed in high-pressure recovery situations; self-directed and entrepreneurial
