About the Role:

Client Support & Relationship Trainee

You’ll support the team in delivering exceptional service to clients by:

• Taking inbound customer inquiries and providing friendly follow-up

• Assisting with finance applications and collecting key documents

• Keeping client records up to date and accurate

• Sending out contracts and helping customers through their next steps

• Connecting new clients with their account managers
