Junior Collections Trainee

You’ll support the team in delivering exceptional service to clients by:

• Manage inbound enquiries relating to overdue accounts

• Work with customers to arrange payments and resolve balances

• Maintain accurate account and payment records

• Issue reminders and follow up on outstanding payments

• Collaborate with internal teams to support account resolution
