Arkos Health is looking for a highly motivated, resourceful, and results-driven Marketing Manager to help us scale and elevate both corporate and local marketing efforts.

The Marketing Manager will partner directly with the VP of Marketing to execute insightful, impactful, and intentional campaigns, support local market leaders and Marketing Champions, guide internal and external communications, and drive consistency across every touchpoint. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead project coordination for marketing initiatives across markets, managing timelines, deliverables, and execution
  • Maintain campaign calendars and documentation to ensure alignment across corporate and market-level priorities
  • Support local market campaigns by collaborating with Marketing Champions, offering strategic direction, and ensuring quality standards are met
  • Develop or adapt content as needed, including flyers, messaging, presentation materials, or one-pagers
  • Serve as a marketing point of contact with health plan partners and local market leaders, supporting initiatives in collaboration with the VP of Marketing
  • Coordinate logistics and production needs for corporate-level campaigns, promotional items, or one-time projects
  • Help build and streamline scalable marketing processes that reduce rework and improve turnaround
  • Serve as a trusted final set of eyes for quality assurance, ensuring all materials are accurate, on-brand, and production-ready
  • Assist with tracking KPIs and campaign ROI to support ongoing optimization and decision-making
  • Act as a dependable teammate, ready to contribute wherever needed, from writing and editing to prepping materials and coordinating with stakeholders
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams, champions, and partners to align marketing efforts with on-the-ground need

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred; equivalent experience may be considered for candidates with exceptional value-based healthcare marketing backgrounds
  • Strong preference for candidates with healthcare marketing experience, especially in value-based care or models serving complex populations
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in a broad-based marketing role, ideally in a fast-paced or highly regulated environment
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills across a range of formats
  • Proven project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Solid understanding of KPIs and ROI, and the ability to support performance tracking and analysis
  • Quick learner who embraces new tools, adapts easily, and constantly looks for ways to improve processes
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Microsoft Office, OneNote, Smartsheet, and Marketing Cloud, along with understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance is preferred
