How You'll Make a Difference:

The position of Chief Product Officer will be responsible for creating a strategy for effective product lifestyle management in existing Arkos Health products. They will oversee the innovation of new products, product enhancements and product redesign. The Chief Product Officer will oversee and ensure execution of high impact product initiatives that align with organizational objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Accountable for defining and executing the company’s multi-year product strategy and roadmap, aligned with company growth objectives, clinical outcomes, and market demands
    • Accountable for translating executive priorities into a clear, actionable product roadmap, including explicit tradeoffs and sequencing
    • Own the product operating model, including intake, prioritization, road mapping, and change control
    • Own governance frameworks that ensure transparency, consistency, and disciplined execution across all product initiatives
    • Accountable for end-to-end product delivery, ensuring initiatives are well-defined, measurable, and aligned to business priorities
    • Accountable for software development and engineering functions, including internal teams and external/contract development resources
    • Accountable for Quality Assurance (QA), including testing standards, release integrity, and continuous improvement in product quality
    • Accountable for data ingestion and analytics capabilities (including data pipelines, data warehouse, and business intelligence) to ensure products are supported by reliable, scalable, and actionable data
    • Accountable for platform scalability, reliability, and modernization, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, QA, and data functions
    • Drive predictability, accountability, and execution rigor across product, engineering, QA, and data teams
    • Partner with Technology leadership to align architecture, infrastructure, and platform capabilities with product priorities
    • Collaborate with the Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) to evaluate and transition validated innovations into the core product portfolio, ensuring scalable and sustainable implementation
    • Serve as the primary product partner to executive leadership, including CEO, COO, and Technology leadership, aligning stakeholders on priorities, tradeoffs, and sequencing
    • Facilitate cross-functional decision-making across business, clinical, operational, and technical teams
    • Lead and develop a high-performing team, including product management and product operations
    • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability structures, supporting team growth through coaching and performance management
    • Accountable for vendor strategy and product-related third-party integrations, including evaluation, implementation, and ongoing governance

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • 12+ years of experience in product management or related disciplines
    • 5+ years in senior product leadership roles (Director, VP, or equivalent)
    • Demonstrated experience defining and executing product strategy in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, fintech, or similar)
    • Proven ability to establish, scale, and govern product operating models and prioritization frameworks
    • Demonstrated leadership of integrated product organizations that include engineering, development, QA, and data/analytics functions
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), engineering delivery models, and quality assurance practices
    • Experience with data ingestion, data pipeline architecture, and analytics ecosystems supporting business intelligence and reporting
    • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to align senior stakeholders and drive decision-making
    • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional dependencies across business, clinical, and technical domains
    • Experience driving accountability, predictability, and measurable outcomes in product delivery
