The Salesforce Administrator helps to implement better processes and procedures, and helps to achieve our agreed SLAs and KPIs to provide improved services to our end clients.

Your EDGE assignment/You will:
• Work on support tickets
• Build reports and dashboards
• Able to handle incoming tickets and provide the resolution in agreed SLA
• Provides refresher training
• Responsible for data quality and security
• Ability to design and implement out of the box Salesforce approach
• Proficient in User management and Data Import tool, such as Data loader or Workbench
• Communicate progress and any blockers throughout the business

Are you the one?

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting Salesforce platform users.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce standard functionalities and ability to implement out-of-the-box solutions.

  • Proficient in user management, role/profile configuration, and permission sets.

  • Skilled in data import tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, or similar.

  • Ability to manage and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs.

  • Experience in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards in Salesforce.

  • Responsible for ensuring data quality, accuracy, and security in the platform.

  • Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders about ticket progress and blockers.

  • Capable of delivering refresher training to users on Salesforce tools and best practices.

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with business users and technical teams effectively.
