The Head of Acquisition is responsible for driving customer growth by managing strategies and channels that attract new users to the business.

Your EDGE assignment/You will:

  • Paid Acquisition Strategy
    • Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, ASA, etc.).
    • Ensure efficient spend allocation aligned with business goals (CAC, ROI, LTV).
  • App Store Optimization (ASO)
    • Improve app visibility and install conversion rates across iOS and Android platforms.
    • Collaborate with content and product teams on creative, keyword, and metadata improvements.
  • Social Acquisition & Influencer Marketing
    • Lead acquisition efforts across social media platforms, both paid and organic.
    • Guide influencer marketing strategy to complement user acquisition and brand reach.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting
    • Monitor KPIs like CAC, ROI, install rates, and retention metrics.
    • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Manage and mentor a cross-functional acquisition team (PPC, ASO, social, influencer).
    • Foster a performance-driven culture with ongoing training and best practices.


Are you the one?

  • Experience
    • 3+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition, preferably in a digital-first or app-based business.
    • Proven track record of scaling user acquisition channels with measurable results.
  • Technical Knowledge
    • Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and ASA.
    • Proficiency in mobile attribution tools (e.g., Adjust, Appsflyer) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, BI tools).
    • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks, creative optimization, and funnel analysis.
  • Leadership Skills
    • Experience managing cross-channel teams or agencies.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder alignment abilities.
  • Strategic Mindset
    • Analytical, data-driven decision-making.
    • Ability to align acquisition goals with overall business and product strategy.
