Let's talk about the cool stuff you do at Axi!
You will lead the design and execution of our global Talent Development strategy. This is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for building frameworks that shape how we assess, develop, and retain our people. You will oversee a global remit across talent assessment, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management, ensuring our people practices align with our growth ambitions.
A critical requirement for this role is proven experience building Talent Development frameworks from the ground up — taking an organisation from 0 to 100 in the early-stage or hyper-growth phase. The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguity, bring structure where none exists, and create scalable frameworks that evolve with the business.
You will also oversee the L&D delivery function (including the Talent Development Manager role) and ensure alignment between strategic talent frameworks and day-to-day learning initiatives.
