The Data Analyst will unlock insights from Axi’s client and partner data to improve onboarding, servicing, and retention. By combining analytics with business storytelling, the role will help CX deliver scalable efficiency and achieve our BHAG – establishing Axi as the broker that gives clients and partners the EDGE.
Your EDGE Assignment/You Will
- Design and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Amplitude, Databricks) to track onboarding, servicing, and satisfaction KPIs.
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor key client and partner performance metrics and highlight gaps or risks.
- Streamline reporting pipelines with SQL/Python and automation tools, reducing manual workload.
- Partner with DevRev and Client Experience operation teams to embed analytics into workflows.
- Work closely with CX leaders, Marketing, Product, and Regional Heads to enable data-driven decisions.
- Prepare concise, executive-ready reports and insights packs.
- Analyze large datasets across onboarding, servicing, payments, and marketing to identify performance drivers.
- Maintain high data quality standards through routine checks, reconciliations, and thorough documentation of data sources and processes while adhering to data privacy and regulatory standards in all analytics work.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics tools, reporting processes, and data visualisation methods to improve speed, accuracy, and stakeholder engagement.
Are you the one?
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of data analytics experience, preferably in fintech, trading or financial services
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel; working knowledge of Python/R
- Skilled in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, ability to simplify complexity
- Clear communicator, ability to influence decisions through data storytelling
