The Partner KAM Team Leader leads and develops the team to execute Axi’s global business strategy, with accountability for Net Deposit (ND) growth and the expansion and retention of the Active Client (AC) base across the assigned market. This role oversees and manages the end-to-end IB and partner journey – from acquisition, onboarding, retention to nurturing, and that all activities contribute to, strong, compliant and measurable business results.
Your EDGE Assignment/You Will
- Build and expand the assigned regional IB and partner network by executing agreed local strategies to convert leads into Active Clients, maintaining high engagement levels and a clear link between service quality and Active Client outcomes
- Drive Net Deposit performance by increasing redeposits and reducing avoidable withdrawals through effective onboarding, activation, retention, and ongoing relationship management.
- Develop and maintain strong, professional, trust-based relationships with IB and affiliate partners in the assigned region, ensuring timely follow-through and consistent communication.
- Apply and comply with the Partner Tier Policy at all times while maintaining acquisition performance in line with expected targets.
- Serve as the single point of contact for all VIP and high-net-worth partner matters, ensuring structured communication, accurate updates, and timely responses.
- Manage and resolve partner complaints in accordance with internal policies, providing compliance-approved responses within agreed turnaround times.
- Improve partner performance by driving growth in trading volume, net fee revenue, and Active Client numbers.
- Prepare quarterly partner business plans and execute the agreed strategy to deliver targeted growth and performance outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing, the IB Product Manager, and local conversion/retention teams to support partner performance and ensure coordinated execution across initiatives.
- Adhere to Axi’s Code of Conduct, Compliance, Risk, and internal policies, ensuring all IB/Affiliate partners receive a consistent, and high-quality experience.
- Conduct training and quality assurance for newly joined KAMs and team members, and handle escalations effectively in alignment with established procedures.
Are you the one?
- At least 3-5 years of Sales experience in similar industry.
- Must have fluent English communication skills.
- Knowledge about the Japaneses market.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
