You will play a critical role in driving financial insights, supporting strategic initiatives, and delivering actionable analytics to key stakeholders across Axi. This position combines strong FP&A fundamentals with advanced data analytics capabilities.
Your EDGE Assignment/You Will
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Support annual financial planning, budgeting, and rolling forecasts.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models for business planning and scenario analysis.
- Prepare monthly variance analysis and management reporting with clear, insightful commentary.
- Partner closely with business units to understand financial drivers and identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Support board reporting and executive presentations with strong financial storytelling.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Write intermediate to advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyse large datasets.
- Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to drive data-informed decision making.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across financial reporting.
Strategic Support
- Support business case development, investment analysis, and ROI assessments.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through detailed financial analysis.
- Provide actionable insights to optimise financial performance and resource allocation.
- Support ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required by senior management.
Are you the one?
- At least 4 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, management consulting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI and / or Tableau.
- Strong financial modelling capability.
- Solid foundation in finance principles and financial analysis.
- Strong business acumen with ability to understand key value drivers across different functions.
