Lead the payments function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of client deposits and withdrawals, maintaining PSP and banking relationships, enforcing compliance controls, and driving operational efficiency.

Your EDGE Assignment/You Will

Enforce internal controls, AML checks, and compliance procedures to mitigate operational and regulatory risks.
• Manage escalation of failed, delayed, or high-value transactions and resolve complex payment issues.
• Drive process improvements, including automation of manual payment flows, exception handling, and reporting.
• Identify automation opportunities in payment flows, exception handling, reconciliations, and reporting to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• Lead initiatives to implement robotic process automation (RPA), system integrations, and workflow optimization projects.
• Lead a team of Senior Analysts and Team Leads, managing workloads, shifts, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Product, and IT teams to implement system upgrades, PSP integrations, and new payment methods.
• Report key operational KPIs, incidents and performance to Senior Leadership; recommend process or policy changes.

Are you the one?

  • 5-8 years of proven experience leading end-to-end payments operations, including deposits, withdrawals, settlements, and reconciliations.
  • Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, regulatory compliance requirements, and internal control frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage PSP and banking relationships, including integrations and performance monitoring.
  • Experience handling escalations, high-value transactions, and complex payment investigations.
  • Track record of driving process improvements and implementing automation initiatives (e.g., RPA, workflow optimization, system integrations).
  • Strong analytical capability with experience in reporting, KPI development, and operational performance management.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate operational, financial, and regulatory risks within payment environments.
  • Proven leadership experience managing senior analysts and team leads, including workload planning and performance management.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Product, and IT teams on system upgrades and new payment methods.
  • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills in high-volume, time-sensitive environments.
