Lead the team to ensure operational excellence, SLA adherence, and process improvements while focusing less on BAU tasks.
Your EDGE Assignment/You Will
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high-priority issues.
- Monitor individual and team SLA performance and quality standards.
- Manage workload distribution, shift schedules, and team capacity. Developing staff members competencies to required level.
- Report key operational metrics and performance to management.
- Drive new initiatives and projects to enhance processes and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., Customer Support, Sales) to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
- Create cross-departmental workflows to improve operations.
- Engage in developing and driving the team’s core capabilities as outlined in the departmental plan.
Are you the one?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payments, preferably in forex or fintech industry.
- 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Strong understanding of payment systems and cross-border transactions.
- Must be willing to work night shifts as part of the role.
- Strong team leadership and people management skills.
