Support the smooth operation, administration, and optimisation of Axi’s trading platforms, bridges, and liquidity infrastructure. The role focuses on platform configuration, pricing connectivity, trade investigations, and operational support to ensure reliable execution quality and product availability across trading systems.

Your EDGE Assignment/You Will

Trading Platform & Bridge Administration

  • Administer and support trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, cTrader, and related bridge technologies.

  • Configure and maintain trading products, spreads, mark-ups, commissions, rebates, margins, and trading groups.

  • Monitor platform and bridge performance to ensure stable connectivity, pricing accuracy, and execution quality.

  • Support platform deployments, bridge updates, server configurations, and operational changes, including occasional after-hours or weekend work.

Liquidity & Pricing Operations

  • Liaise with liquidity providers and vendors to maintain reliable pricing and execution streams.

  • Monitor spreads, execution quality, and transaction flow, escalating or resolving issues where required.

  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales and Trading, to support spread targets and platform efficiency.

  • Assist with liquidity-related reporting, dashboards, and operational automation initiatives.

Trade Investigation & Operational Support

  • Investigate trade and execution queries, analysing transaction flow, pricing behaviour, and platform logs.

  • Support internal and client-facing investigations relating to executions, pricing discrepancies, or platform behaviour.

  • Coordinate with Middle Office teams regarding swaps, holidays, session times, corporate actions, and margin updates.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Support trading infrastructure and product-related projects, including new servers, products, jurisdictions, and platform enhancements.

  • Contribute to automation, reporting, and AI-driven operational improvements where applicable.

  • Maintain accurate operational procedures and documentation.

Are you the one?

Technical & Operational Experience

  • Experience supporting trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, cTrader, or similar brokerage platforms.

  • Understanding of bridge technologies, liquidity connectivity, and pricing operations.

  • Experience investigating trades, executions, transaction flows, and pricing-related issues.

  • Familiarity with product setup and platform administration within a brokerage or trading environment.

  • Exposure to liquidity provider relationships, execution monitoring, or spread management is advantageous.

  • Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, or operational automation is beneficial.

  • Interest or exposure to AI tools and workflow automation (Claude preferred) is a plus.

Industry Knowledge

  • Understanding of CFDs, Forex, trading operations, and brokerage infrastructure.

  • Awareness of execution quality, pricing behaviour, and platform operational processes.

  • Experience within brokerages such as Exness or similar trading environments is highly regarded.

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under operational pressure.

  • Fast response and problem-solving capability in time-sensitive situations.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills across technical and business teams.

  • Flexible and adaptable approach to schedules and operational support requirements.

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to support occasional weekend, holiday, or after-hours operational activities.

  • Ability to learn quickly and develop expertise across platform, bridge, and liquidity operations.
