As Product Director, you will play a key role in shaping and scaling Axi’s global product strategy across our trading ecosystem.

This is a broad product leadership role covering client experience, trading experience, growth, partner platforms, onboarding, engagement, retention, and operational scalability. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and regional teams to define priorities, drive execution, and deliver product experiences that create measurable value for our clients and the business.

You will help translate business strategy into a clear product roadmap, strengthen product discipline, and ensure teams are focused on the highest-impact opportunities.

Your EDGE Assignment/You Will

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across key areas of Axi’s global product ecosystem.
  • Lead product planning across trading experience, client lifecycle, growth, partner platforms, onboarding, engagement, retention, and monetisation.
  • Translate company priorities and commercial objectives into clear product strategies, measurable outcomes, and prioritised delivery plans.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and regional stakeholders to deliver product initiatives end-to-end.
  • Use client insights, product analytics, trading behaviour, funnel metrics, market research, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Drive improvements across the full client lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, activation, trading engagement, funding, account management, reporting, retention, and reactivation.
  • Work with Trading, eFX, Middle Office, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure product decisions are grounded in execution quality, trade lifecycle, platform performance, regulatory expectations, and operational resilience.
  • Lead prioritisation across competing initiatives, balancing client value, business impact, compliance, risk, technical feasibility, delivery capacity, and long-term scalability.
  • Define success metrics and ensure product initiatives are measured against adoption, engagement, revenue impact, retention, conversion, operational efficiency, and client outcomes.
  • Coach and guide Product Managers, helping them improve product thinking, stakeholder management, prioritisation, commercial awareness, and execution quality.
  • Build a strong product culture based on ownership, clarity, client focus, data-led decisions, commercial impact, and continuous improvement.

Are you the one?

  • You have strong product leadership experience, with a proven track record of owning and scaling complex digital products across web and/or mobile platforms.
  • You have experience leading product strategy, roadmap planning, discovery, delivery, launch, measurement, and continuous optimisation.
    You have worked in fintech, trading, investing, brokerage, payments, financial services, platform, marketplace, or similarly complex digital environments.
  • You understand how product decisions influence acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, revenue, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.
  • You are comfortable operating in a regulated environment where product decisions must balance growth, client experience, risk, compliance, and operational resilience.
  • You can translate complex business, technical, trading, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear product priorities and scalable product experiences.
  • You are data-led, commercially sharp, and confident using analytics, customer insights, market research, experimentation, and performance metrics to make product decisions.
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills and can influence senior leaders while maintaining product discipline and focus.
  • You have experience coaching or managing Product Managers and improving the quality of product thinking and execution.
  • You communicate clearly, operate with strong ownership, and bring a bias towards action.
