Warehouse Associate - St. Paul, MN

Boundless is looking for an experienced warehouse generalist to join our MN team! The Warehouse Associate will report to the Warehouse Manager and will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling (pick/pack/ship) orders and other activities related to the receiving, storage, and distribution of promotional merchandise. This role is responsible for assisting with product receiving, order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate inventory for ongoing client programs and special projects.
Essential Functions:
- Perform activities related to new and existing fulfillment programs and special projects.
- Laise with internal teams to facilitate onboarding of new programs and special projects, including assisting with setting up associated product and fulfillment processes to ensure successful program/project execution.
- Develop ongoing relationships with sales personnel and other internal teams to facilitate client programs, projects, and special requests.
- Ad hoc tasks as they relate to warehouse supported projects and program solutions.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Receiving
- Assist with all incoming product shipments and ensuring they are received accurately and timely. Verify quality and quantity before checking products in.
- Consistently record inventory received to ensure accurate inventory-on-hand counts.
- Assist with updating inventory in appropriate systems and software (online store platforms and/or NetSuite) to allow for accurate accounting of client inventory.
Order Processing (Pick/Pack/Ship):
- Assist with order fulfillment and inventory transactions.
- Process customer orders timely by picking merchandise from inventory and packing orders for shipment, as well as shipment label and manifest processing via third-party shipping software (ShipStation, UPS, Fed Ex, etc.).
- Ensure freight carrier shipping labels are printed and placed on orders per specifications to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and print applicable customs paperwork for international orders to ensure shipments meet various country requirements and international orders clear customs and are delivered within a reasonable timeframe.
- Assist in ad hoc order fulfillment and special project tasks, as needed.
Inventory Management:
- Assist with monitoring and managing physical inventory of all products in warehouse.
- Ensure all physical inventory is safely stored per client specifications.
- Assist with performing physical inventory counts (cycle counts) to ensure accurate inventory availability and inventory-on-hand reporting.
Systems and Software:
- Utilize appropriate computer systems and software (ShipStation, Microsoft Office, etc.) to process orders efficiently and accurately.

- Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills, including typing, email correspondence (Microsoft Outlook), word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel) and third-party shipping software (ShipStation, UPS, Fed Ex, etc).
Education/Experience:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma and at least 2 years of hands-on warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, and/or logistics related experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:
- Experience with pallet jack, hand truck, and forklift (forklift certification, a plus).
- Ability and experience to work in a fast-paced environment with high level of accuracy and integrity.
- Highly organized with demonstrated multi-tasking ability.
- Independent strong self-starter and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with customer service and ecommerce-type order fulfillment.
- Experience with promotional marketing product distribution, a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience with ShipStation, a plus.
