Program Manager

We are looking for a dependable Program Manager to join our team. Our program managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned programs, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction. This role involves managing operations, building strong relationships with clients and vendors, driving revenue growth, and optimizing program processes and requires a proactive, process-driven professional who can drive program success, manage stakeholder expectations, and contribute to the growth of the Program Team channel. The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact for their assigned programs, ensuring seamless execution and ongoing success.
Essential Functions
Program Management & Execution:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned programs, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Present and demonstrate the value of Boundless’ products and services to prospective buyers within the client organization.
- Develop and implement processes to streamline program execution.
- Manage ad-hoc and program merchandising, order processing, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain program documentation, including operational manuals and reporting.
- Ensure all program orders are processed and shipped on time, meeting client expectations.
Client & Vendor Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive program success.
- Set and manage client expectations while ensuring internal teams deliver on commitments.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and program strategy discussions.
- Handle all client issues, concerns and complaints acting as client advocate with focus on developing a loyal client base.
Financial & Revenue Management:
- Drive program revenue growth, meeting or exceeding budget goals set by leadership.
- Implement marketing and sales strategies, including promotions, incentives, and on-site sales.
- Monitor and manage program expenses, including inventory and samples.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Operational & Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to optimize program management processes for efficiency.
- Utilize reporting and inventory management tools and strategies to enhance performance.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve workflow and service delivery.
- Compile and analyze data to identify trends.
Job Specifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple programs and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of vendor management, merchandising, and order fulfillment.
- Self-sufficient in basic artwork modifications and design placement.
- Extensive product knowledge within the sales promotion/adverting specialty industry.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or account management within a similar industry is preferred.
Other Specifications
· Position can be fully remote with preference given to candidates withing driving distance of any of these locations – Austin, TX, Cincinnati, OH, Phoenix, AZ, and St. Paul, MN.
· Some travel may be required.
