Boundless is looking for a passionate promotional product professional for a full-time inside sales support/assistant project manager role with a fun and growing team. This role will be part of an established sales team that utilizes technology to streamline many of their infrastructure requirements needed to provide outstanding service to their clients and to keep their business moving forward. The ideal candidate will have a desire and drive to learn, a positive attitude, and be able to function in a fast-paced environment. This role will be reporting to their team’s Project Manager.

Essential Functions

  • Build and oversee online store orders for entry, follow up, problem resolution and program maintenance
  • Enter and manage re-orders, spec sample and sample orders, and new project orders
  • Review vendor proofs for accuracy
  • Assist with approvals for invoicing and addressing delinquent payments
  • Work with the team’s Project Manager to gather project details to assist with developing quotes and proposals for team
  • Create and maintain tasks and follow up reminders for projects and critical orders
  • Collaborate with vendors on high quantity quotes, inventory challenges, and to resolve any issues that arise with orders or projects
  • Effectively collaborate with other team members, internal teams and departments, and suppliers on a regular basis to ensure smooth order coordination and fulfillment
  • Maintain industry and product knowledge by attending trade shows and Vendor weekly webinars as requested by the team’s Project Manager
  • Provide effective administrative support as needed to keep the team successful and productive
  • Light business travel might be required
  • Participate with all client Teams calls for note taking and lead all follow up tasks
  • Work directly with current clients to grow accounts organically and to prospect and bring solutions to new clients.

Job Specifications

  • Relationship building is a must
  • Relevant promotional product industry experience
  • Creative, natural problem solver, with strong analytical skills
  • Team-player and strong communicator, with proven ability to effectively collaborate with Vendor Base
  • Self-motivated to meet project deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and make independent judgments
  • Quick learner with proven ability to learn new applications
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of or willingness to train on Microsoft Office programs (incl. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of CRM Salesforce
  • Knowledge of NetSuite
  • Ability to handle multiple daily tasks; adapting to different job functions as required
  • Desire/drive to learn through various in person and online opportunities
  • Team Player and Great Attitude!
