The difference you’ll make
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks, requiring a proactive, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking person who can act as a partner to the CEO, enhancing his effectiveness and ensuring seamless operations.
What you’ll do
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, anticipating needs, solving problems independently, and serving as a key point of contact.
- Proactively manage the CEO's complex inbox, triaging emails, drafting responses, and ensuring critical communications are handled swiftly.
- Expertly manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating documents, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including all logistics, itineraries, and expense management.
- Prepare and compile high-level presentations, reports, and confidential documents, ensuring accuracy and discretion.
- Oversee office management, ensuring smooth daily operations, managing supplies and vendors, and fostering a productive environment.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior executive, preferably a CEO or C-suite.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and exercise judgment and discretion.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets,) and experience with excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Proactive, adaptable, and a strong problem-solver.
