Sales Enablement & Training Manager

About Us 🚀

Bridgit is a leading non-bank lender transforming the way Australians access property finance. Purpose-built to make property transactions faster and easier, we pioneered the Buy Now, Sell Later solution – empowering homeowners to unlock their property equity and move on their terms. With a simple digital application, fast approvals, and flexible loan options, we’re making property finance seamless and stress-free.

We’re now four years old and making huge strides. We have accredited over two-thirds of Australia’s broker network, and launched white label solutions with Australia’s largest aggregators – Connective, Aussie Home Loans, Finsure, and Loan Market Group – and we’re just getting started.

Our momentum has been recognised with awards such as Best Growth Story at the 2025 Fintech Awards and finalist for Excellence in Lending (Business & Consumer) at the 2025 Finnies.

The difference you’ll make!

As the Sales Enablement & Training Manager, you’ll play a critical role in accelerating the productivity and performance of our broker-facing sales team. You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering impactful onboarding, coaching, and ongoing training programs that align with our product offering, sales methodology, and broker engagement strategy. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Credit, and Marketing to ensure our team is equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to drive growth.

What you'll do;

  • Deliver structured coaching programs to field and inside sales teams, focusing on conversion, objection handling, pipeline progression, and broker relationship management.
  • Embed a consistent sales methodology aligned with the Bridgit value proposition and broker journey.
  • Own the onboarding experience for new starters, including curriculum development, systems training (e.g., CRM, loan origination platforms), and performance ramp benchmarks.
  • Ensure new hires are fully enabled on Bridgit’s products, processes, tools, and cultural values within their first 30-60-90 days.
  • Partner with Product and Credit teams to continuously educate the sales team on lending criteria, product updates, and policy changes.
  • Build and maintain a centralised library of enablement content (pitch decks, objection guides, product sheets, etc.).
  • Use sales data and CRM insights to identify capability gaps and develop targeted training interventions.
  • Run regular role plays, call coaching sessions, and field shadowing.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to ensure training effectiveness is measurable and aligned with KPIs.
  • Create feedback loops between the front line and Product/Credit teams to improve market responsiveness.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven Trainer: 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, or sales leadership—ideally within fintech, financial services, or B2B SaaS. Experience designing and delivering blended learning content (in-person, virtual, on-demand).
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of enabling sales teams to perform at a high level. Strong grasp of sales cycles and methodologies.
  • Communication Pro: Excellent communication and facilitation skills—confident presenting to groups and coaching 1:1.
  • Strategic Thinker: Able to design effective programs and analyze performance to drive results.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRMs (like Salesforce, Hubspot) and training platforms.
  • Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving FinTech environment.
