The difference you’ll make
As our Marketing Coordinator, you will help bring our brand to life, build campaigns that connect, and amplify our impact across multiple channels. You will work alongside a passionate and growing team, reporting to our Marketing Manager. This is your chance to contribute across brand, content, and product marketing while gaining hands-on experience in digital and performance marketing.
What you'll do:
Product Marketing
- Assist in planning and executing go-to-market strategies for new product features.
- Ensure product messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with our brand values.
- Work with cross-functional teams to communicate updates that resonate with customers.
- Monitor customer feedback to identify opportunities for improved messaging and user experience.
Content & Digital Marketing
- Support with daily website management and maintenance, from briefing in general updates, to supporting with website optimisations.
- Manage the content calendar, working closely with the marketing team and stakeholders, to develop the planning.
- Write or coordinate content that supports our marketing and product objectives.
- Maintain consistent tone, language, and brand alignment across all content touchpoints.
Brand & Campaign Marketing Support
- Support the rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across key digital and offline channels.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver impactful, brand-aligned executions.
- Conduct research into market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor positioning to inform campaign strategy.
Marketing Reporting & Insights
- Support the Marketing Manager in tracking, analysing, and reporting campaign performance.
- Use insights to iterate on strategy, optimise campaigns, and demonstrate ROI.
- Celebrate wins and share key learnings to inform future activity.
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within a high-growth environment.
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal — with a knack for clear, compelling messaging.
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Proactive mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team.
