The difference you’ll make
We’re growing fast, and we need a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6-Month Contract who can hit the ground running. In this contract role, you’ll broadly work across the business but with a real focus on hiring for our Credit/Lending and Broker facing Sales roles across Australia. You’ll play a key role in scaling the team while embedding great hiring practices along the way. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love finding top talent, this one’s for you.
What you’ll do
- Partner with hiring managers to run end-to-end recruitment for Credit, Lending, and Sales roles.
- Proactively source top talent through search techniques using LinkedIn and other sites.
- Screen and assess candidates, providing a seamless, engaging candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the wider Talent & People team to improve hiring processes and tools.
- Support on TA projects such as employer branding, process documentation, and manager training.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, sharing market insights and best practice guidance.
- Move quickly and flexibly, adjusting to business needs as they evolve.
Your skills and experience
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on Credit/Lending And/Or Financial Sales.
- Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication skills, you can build trust and influence across all levels.
- Experience in a fast-paced, scaling tech company is a plus, but not essential.
- Self-starter who’s comfortable working autonomously and making things happen.
- Strong organisational skills, you’re able to juggle multiple roles and priorities.
- Experience with ATS systems (we use Teamtailor).
