Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager
About Us 🚀
Bridgit is a leading non-bank lender transforming the way Australians access property equity. Purpose-built to make property transactions faster and easier, we pioneered the Buy Now, Sell Later solution – empowering homeowners to unlock their property equity and move on their terms. With a simple digital application, fast approvals, and flexible loan options, we’re making property finance seamless and stress-free.
We’re now four years old and making huge strides. We have accredited over two-thirds of Australia’s broker network, and launched white label solutions with Australia’s largest aggregators – Connective, Aussie Home Loans, Finsure, and Loan Market Group – and we’re just getting started.
Our momentum has been recognised with awards such as Best Growth Story at the 2025 Fintech Awards, 2025 Finder People’s Choice Award for Lending Innovation, the finalist for Excellence in Lending (Business & Consumer) at the 2025 Finnies, Deloitte's tech fast 50 2025 and finally; being recognised as one of LinkedIn’s top 20 Start Up’s in Australia 2025.
The difference you’ll make
The Revenue Operations Manager will own Bridgit’s revenue engine, ensuring the end-to-end revenue lifecycle is efficient, scalable, and optimised. This includes managing HubSpot, sales funnel optimisation, pipeline governance, and data integrity across the business.
This role is critical to bridging operations, sales, and strategy, providing insights and solutions that improve conversion, drive growth, and empower the sales and relationship management teams.
We are seeking a strategic operator who is hands-on with systems, process, and analytics, and thrives on building scalable revenue operations in a fast-growing environment.
What you'll do;

Own the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, from lead capture to application funded.
Design, implement, and maintain HubSpot architecture, including objects, properties, workflows, automations, and reporting.
Ensure pipeline governance, data integrity, and accurate forecasting.
Collaborate with Sales, RMs, and Customer Success to optimise lead assignment, follow-ups, and conversion processes.
Funnel Optimisation
Analyse the sales funnel to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and conversion gaps.
Recommend process improvements and operational changes to drive revenue growth.
Partner with the Sales Operations Manager and Operations Manager to implement changes and monitor adoption.
Systems & Tooling
Manage and optimise HubSpot, including automations, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
Collaborate with the CRM Admin for execution and system maintenance.
Support the introduction of new revenue-related tools or integrations.
Reporting & Analytics
Produce actionable revenue insights and dashboards for Sales, RMs, and executive leadership.
Monitor pipeline health, conversion metrics, and revenue performance.
Identify trends and recommend strategies to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure alignment across systems and processes.
Act as the bridge between operational improvements and commercial outcomes.
Support change management and adoption of new processes across the business.
What you’ll bring:
5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or CRM management in fintech, non-bank lending, or fast-growing sales organisations.
Deep expertise in HubSpot (or similar CRM) including workflows, automations, reporting, and data integrity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience managing or working closely with CRM admins and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of D2C and broker-driven sales models is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
