Brooks is looking for a Manufacturing Planning Manager as we accelerate our growth journey.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead, mentor, and manage the Production Planning team members for both the Robots and Systems businesses. This involves setting clear expectations and objectives, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Develop and implement the company's production control functions including any of the following activities: master scheduling, production planning/coordination, shop scheduling and dispatching, material requirements, planning systems, work-in-process tracking, material and labor variance controls, and manufacturing performance reporting.
Drive manufacturing planning and execution for factory operations including ~300 direct labor employees producing over $300M in annual revenue.
Own and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for department including on time delivery, inventory, and efficiency. Leverage Oracle ERP systems to drive business results.
Use data analytics to identify, prioritize, and drive root cause corrective actions.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum of 8 years of Manufacturing Planning experience.
Minimum of 6 years of experience driving business efficiency through better use of ERP systems / tools (strong preference for Oracle systems, specifically Oracle Cloud).
Demonstrated experience managing, motivating, and leading teams.
Experience in managing operations metrics and KPI’s.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Experience in the semiconductor industry or industrial robotics, a plus.
