As an Operations Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, execution and documentation of all internal Operations projects as well as Operations tasks in New Product Introductions. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on mentality and passion for processes, be customer focused and detail-oriented.

What You Will Do.

• Perform project controls in coordination with the other operations functions, as well as other project management functions and provide regular feedback and lead the operations internal process for all projects

• Coordinate project changes and adjustments

• Responsible for project reports and KPI‘s

• Operations project management in internal as well as interdisciplinary projects, in particular to ensure that operations-related topics are taken into account

• Collecting, validating, and aligning business requirements, especially with the relevant operations departments

• Motivate our teams to continuously elevate our retail experience with an eye for detail and excellence in execution

• Create operations project management processes

• Collaborate with other Operations departments, Project Management, Engineering to execute projects on time

• Chance for own purchase order for important project related services and components

What You Will Bring.

• Experience in Project Management

• Expertise in Operations & Purchasing

• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working

• Degree in mechanical engineering

• German and English language
