What you will do.

• Assessment of technical staff and identification of development potential

• Conduct training for internal staff and for our customers on site or at the Brooks Training Center

• Creating a quarterly and annual training program

• Managing training participants via our LMS

• Contributing to the creation of e-learning content

• Creation of technical training materials

• Collaborate with other departments, especially Service, Support and Engineering, to continuously improve our training content

• Active participation in the continuous improvement of machines, processes and acceptance criteria

• Weekly status reports to the Global Training Director

What you will bring.

• You have a degree in engineering, engineering sciences or equivalent professional experience

• You have proven experience in practical technical training in
  relation to mechanical and electrical equipment and software or practically as a customer support engineer or in the production area

• Willingness to travel approx. 30% of the time

• You have excellent communication and presentation skills

• You have experience in working with cross-functional teams

• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English

• You have a high level of quality awareness and a meticulous way of working

• You enjoy new challenges, are flexible and stand out with your team spirit
