About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Business Analyst to join our global Business Process Excellence team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance Business Systems based in the US, this role will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle Cloud Finance solutions across Brooks globally. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance solutions and in delivering scalable solutions aligned with business needs.
Work Location: Onsite, Johor Bahru.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and support Oracle Fusion Financials application solutions.
Design and configure Oracle Finance Cloud, including Oracle security.
Deliver solutions for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Cost Management modules.
Prepare detailed functional specifications for extensions, interfaces, and reports.
Recommend and implement process improvements for financial workflows.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
Offer expert guidance to stakeholders for issue resolution and process optimization.
Ensure smooth client support, including troubleshooting, configuration, and upgrades.
Maintain SOX audit compliance and address non-compliance issues.
Experience of Fusion BIP and OTBI Reporting Tools.
Good Understanding of Oracle Supply Chain Financial Orchestration.
Any other duties assigned.
Qualifications & Competencies:
7+ years of experience as an Oracle Finance Functional Business Analyst with 3-4 years of direct experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance solutions.
Expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance modules such as GL, FA, CM, AP, and Costing Accounting.
Strong understanding of financial processes, Allocations, Revaluations and Secondary ledger functionalities.
Master’s degree or additional qualifications in Finance will be a strong advantage.
Proven experience in delivering functional documentation for business processes and enhancements.
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills; experience in ensuring SOX compliance is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to work comfortably with stakeholders, business owners, and technical teams across different time zones including attending evening/night meetings depending on availability of all parties.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
