IT Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Support AnalystJob Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient IT Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Support Analyst to support and enhance our enterprise PLM environment. This role is responsible for maintaining the interface between our Product Lifecycle Management and Supply Chain Management systems as well as general support for the Product Lifecycle Management application.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for the PLM application, including:
- Workflow configuration
- Application access control
- CAD system integration
- User management and mass uploads
- Troubleshoot and resolve application errors in collaboration with our vendor (Oracle)
- Support and maintain integrations between PLM and SCM systems
- Conduct root cause analysis for system and data issues
- Understand and document data flow across enterprise applications
- Assist with system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile PLM and/or Oracle Fusion Product Management (preferred but not required)
- Strong understanding of enterprise application integration and data flow
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Familiarity with CAD systems and their integration with PLM platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems analysis, or PLM environments
Work Location & Flexibility
