Principal Cloud EngineerJob Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehensively understand business requirements and translate them into cloud architecture solutions, following a cloud-first approach.
- Design, construct, and maintain cloud infrastructure across various platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud (OCI).
- Develop and execute cloud migration strategies for on-premises applications and services.
- Implement and oversee security and compliance measures within cloud environments, adhering strictly to SecOps best practices and data protection standards.
- Optimize cloud resources for cost-efficiency while maintaining a high level of availability.
- Deploy automation for provisioning, scaling, and monitoring of cloud services across diverse platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues, providing technical support when required.
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for adoption as appropriate.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members in key cloud and CloudSecOps technologies
