Box Truck Driver

Job Description

The Box Truck Driver performs a variety of coordinating, routing, and material handling duties to meet production schedules. Ensures materials are properly routed. Picks up and delivers materials within and outside the company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Drive company 26' box truck.

• Transfer pallets of finished product or parts from one location to another.

• Perform all duties in compliance with existing OSHA, State, Federal/DOT and company regulations and procedures.

• Shares information with team members and supervisor as appropriate related to product quality issues or delivery delays.

• Complete deliveries independently without direct supervision.

• Ability to identify issues with vehicles (fluid levels, lights, tires).

• Routine pre‑trip/post‑trip inspections.

• Reporting and documenting maintenance needs.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience driving a box truck and performing deliveries.

• Ability to operate an electric or hand truck.

• Able to stand, walk, sit, and bend, throughout your shift.

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record (MVR).

• Attention to detail: Demonstrate accuracy & thoroughness, and monitor own work to ensure quality standards.

• Ability to interact professionally with coworkers.

• Complete work in a timely manner.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $22.84 USD to $30.90 USD

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
