Document Control Analyst

Job Description

The ECO Planner is responsible for managing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to ensure accurate documentation, compliance with operational requirements, and timely execution of changes impacting production. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for running The ECO Planner Report using the Oracle Cloud software.
  • Add ECO Purge Form to change orders involving scrapping, rework, or corrective actions.
  • Add additional approvers at Operational Execution status when actions are required.
  • Enter effective dates in Oracle to ensure accurate implementation.

Qualifications (Required):

  • 3–5 years in documentation control or related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based software (MS Office, Outlook).
  • Experience with ECO processes and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience:

  • Agile Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Oracle Cloud ERP system.
  • Knowledge of rework and purge processes.
  • Knowledge of Configuration Management.
  • Authoring and updating Quality Management System document
