We’re looking for a passionate Graduate Mechatronics Engineer to join our growing team and help drive innovation in laboratory automation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge solutions that support the medical industry and improve lives around the world.

As part of our dynamic and collaborative environment, you’ll play a key role in designing and developing products that truly make a difference.

What you’ll do:

• Support the design and development of electro‑mechanical devices for new and existing products,

• Assist in testing, verifying, and validating electro‑mechanical assemblies, prototypes, and system components,

• Perform root‑cause analysis, diagnostics, and test result documentation to support continuous improvement,

• Work closely with senior engineers to ensure designs meet cost, quality, compliance, and schedule requirements,

• Drive continuous improvement in product design, manufacturability, and performance,

• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to develop new features and enhance current products,

• Participate in hands‑on prototype builds, system evaluations, and pre‑production testing,

• Occasionally travel domestically or internationally as required.

What you’ll bring:

• Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or similar,

• Knowledge or experience in designing, testing, or supporting electro‑mechanical systems will be highly regarded,

• Ability to interpret test results and identify potential design improvements,

• Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and diagnostic skills,

• Hands‑on mindset with curiosity and a drive to learn,

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal),

• Understanding of mechanical and electrical components (active and passive),

• Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team.
