We’re looking for a passionate Graduate Mechatronics Engineer to join our growing team and help drive innovation in laboratory automation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge solutions that support the medical industry and improve lives around the world.
As part of our dynamic and collaborative environment, you’ll play a key role in designing and developing products that truly make a difference.
What you’ll do:
Support the design and development of electro‑mechanical devices for new and existing products,
Assist in testing, verifying, and validating electro‑mechanical assemblies, prototypes, and system components,
Perform root‑cause analysis, diagnostics, and test result documentation to support continuous improvement,
Work closely with senior engineers to ensure designs meet cost, quality, compliance, and schedule requirements,
Drive continuous improvement in product design, manufacturability, and performance,
Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to develop new features and enhance current products,
Participate in hands‑on prototype builds, system evaluations, and pre‑production testing,
Occasionally travel domestically or internationally as required.
What you’ll bring:
Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or similar,
Knowledge or experience in designing, testing, or supporting electro‑mechanical systems will be highly regarded,
Ability to interpret test results and identify potential design improvements,
Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and diagnostic skills,
Hands‑on mindset with curiosity and a drive to learn,
Strong communication skills (written and verbal),
Understanding of mechanical and electrical components (active and passive),
Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team.
