Marketing (MarCom) Communication Specialist

Job Description

The Marketing Communications Specialist develops and executes integrated B2B marketing communications that strengthen brand awareness, support demand generation, and improve customer engagement. This role partners with marketing, sales, product, and external vendors to deliver clear, consistent messaging across digital and print channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop customer-facing assets such as brochures, one-pagers, case studies, blog posts, landing pages, presentations, datasheets, LinkedIn posts and internal communications to support multi-channel marketing communications campaigns aligned to business goals.

  • Create content calendars; write, edit, and proofread marketing copy that adheres to brand voice and style guidelines.

  • Coordinate with designers, agencies, freelancers, and printers to produce high-quality deliverables on time and within budget.

  • Support product launches by developing messaging, go-to-market collateral, and cross-functional communication plans.

  • Maintain brand consistency across channels; manage and organize approved templates and core messaging documents.

  • Assist with website content updates and basic SEO best practices (keyword alignment, metadata, on-page copy).

  • Partner with product management to develop enablement materials and ensure field feedback is incorporated.

  • Track performance of internal and external company websites using analytics and reporting (email metrics, web traffic, campaign KPIs); summarize insights and recommend optimizations.

  • Marketing operations tasks as assigned (contact lists, approvals, asset archiving, vendor PO/invoicing coordination).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing communications, content marketing, or a related role.

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an ability to adapt tone for both internal and external audiences.

  • Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and managing deadlines.

  • Working knowledge of common marketing channels and tactics (email, web, social, events).

  • Intermediate experience in graphic design, publication layout and basic photo & video editing.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools (Teams/SharePoint or similar).

  • Preferred Experience: Wordpress, Google Analytics, Smartsheet, Adobe Creative Suite.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $69,569.48 USD to $94,123.41 USD

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
