About the Role:

This is a role for our Repair Center Team: Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing work, rework and testing and troubleshooting related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final system assemblies.

Work Location: Onsite – Zhubei City, Hsinchu County, Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment.

  • Determines or may assist in developing methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and/or diagrams to control or modify the manufacturing process.

  • Works with engineers in conducting experiments.

  • May prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.

Qualifications:

  • Work Experience: No prior work experience required; Fresh Grads welcome to apply

  • Education: Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or above.

  • Field of Study: Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related disciplines, General Engineering disciplines

  • Language Requirement: Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin, Basic English proficiency

  • Having equipment maintenance experience would be better.

  • A team player with collaborative working style.

  • Service-oriented and willingness to work hard.

Salary Ranges

NT$636,645.72 TWD to NT$861,344.21 TWD
