We are a dynamic technology company at the forefront of innovation, delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a New Product Development (NPD) Project Manager to be responsible for guiding a multi-disciplinary team to successfully deliver high quality new products.
What you’ll do:
Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to understand the customer needs, facilitate and communicate solutions, and guide the creation of requirements;
Ensure that all designs, processes and procedures meet or exceeds quality standard ISO13485 certification;
Create project plans and distribute tasks to the project team;
Facilitate the collaboration of multidisciplinary teams to deliver project milestones;
Facilitate deliverables to ensure that new products are fit for purpose and meet cost, quality, compliance and schedule requirements;
Implement processes to ensure effective communication amongst all members of the project team, both internal and external;
Report on project progress to Directors and company leadership as required;
Tracks and analyse project delivery to manage project risks and propose solutions to address challenges.
What you’ll bring:
Relevant tertiary Engineering qualifications in a relatable discipline;
More than 10+ years experience in managing New Product Introduction project teams;
Proven ability to meet pre-determined timeframes and successfully deliver projects;
An adaptable problem solver;
A strong communicator, capable of building effective relationships with multidisciplinary teams at all levels of the organization;
A strong communicator capable of working directly and effectively with external customers;
An eye for detail;
A solutions oriented focus;
Demonstrable ability to work autonomously and consistently deliver results;
Experience delivering products within an ISO 13485 Quality System is desirable;
A strong team player, mentor and coach for junior colleagues.
Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is desirable;
Experience working in cross-functional or global environments preferred

Effectively identifying and resolving project risks and issues
Maximising resource utilisation and driving efficiency
