We are seeking a highly motivated Equipment Application Engineer to join our team and contribute to the deployment and optimization of advanced contamination control solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for equipment applications, assisting customers with the deployment, optimization, and maintenance of AMC (Airborne Molecular Contamination) control systems.
  • Analyze equipment operation data to identify, resolve, and prevent AMC-related issues.
  • Collaborate with process, equipment, and quality engineers to integrate cross-functional requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Participate in equipment testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Prepare technical documentation, operation manuals, and customer reports; deliver training and technical presentations.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) and customer site evaluations, including equipment installation, calibration, and functional verification.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand usage scenarios and pain points, providing feedback for product design and feature enhancements.
  • Participate in project planning and progress tracking to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support customer site requirements.
  • Capable of equipment maintenance and modification.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering-related fields such as Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a background in equipment engineering, process integration, or technical support.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor process equipment (e.g., FOUP systems, AMC control units, gas analyzers) and their applications.
  • Experience with equipment validation processes, FAT/SAT, DOE design, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, JMP).
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills to align requirements and drive project execution.
  • Proficient in technical writing and capable of communicating effectively with international customers in English.
  • Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and relevant standards such as ESD and safety compliance is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to new technologies and challenges.

Salary Ranges

NT$1,629,503.39 TWD to NT$2,204,622.23 TWD
