Calabrio is looking for Sr. Product Owner, Salesforce to support transformation program and drive effective Lead-to-cash process. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Applications the Sr. Product Owner will be passionate about customer experience and committed to consistently deliver value, while focusing on digital services with inherent trust and resilience. The Enterprise Digital Services team at Calabrio has embarked journey and is truly committed to establishing value that transforms its customer, employee, and stakeholder experiences through seamless integrated, agile, data-driven, and secure Digital Services.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work with cross-functional business stakeholders to clearly identify and document business requirements
  • Translate business requirements to release plan and implementation roadmap that seamlessly aligns to agile DevOps process
  • Collaborate with development team and architects to translate business requirements to solution design
  • ·Partner with Financial Management (ERP) Product Owner to ensure changes in front-end business processes are well accounted for backend business processes design
  • Supported by development team - Setup, Configure and Maintenance of the Salesforce applications ecosystem: Salesforce platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, SFDC Billing, custom components, and various AppExchange packages
  • Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project
  • Provide guidance on user story writing style, ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story
  • Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce
  • Coordinate team efforts to resolve complex issues and conflicts and escalate to executive level wherever required

We’re looking for:

  • ·Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture frameworks, best practices, and business processes
  • Experience in working with Apex Scheduling, Batch processes, Apex Class controllers and Triggers with Governor Limits
  • Ability to map complex business processes and define target state architecture with the appropriate use of application technologies, automation, and integrations
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming business requirements into a comprehensive technology solution definition
  • Strong team player – work with internal and external stakeholders to solve problems and actively incorporate input from various sources
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative working style
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills and ability to think “out of the box”
  • Hold Salesforce certification(s), preferred (Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Platform Developer, etc.)
