Calabrio is looking for an experienced and data-driven Marketing Operations Manager optimize our technology stack and marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining marketing processes, implementing marketing technology solutions, and ensuring our marketing campaigns are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Process Optimization: Evaluate and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing processes, including lead generation, lead nurturing, campaign management, and reporting.
- Marketing Technology Management: Oversee the implementation, administration and management of marketing technology stack, including marketing automation, CRM, and other relevant tools.
- Data Management: Maintain and improve data quality, integrity, and segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the Sales and IT teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Campaign Management: Execute marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and lead generation. Monitor and report on campaign performance to optimize results.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance metrics to assess the impact of marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team and senior management.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, design, and IT, to ensure marketing activities are aligned with overall company goals and objectives.
- Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure that marketing activities are compliant with relevant laws and guidelines (GDPR, CCPA).
