We are seeking an Account Executive to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue and hunting for new business, with a focus on strategic enterprise sales. You will be at the forefront of our efforts to grow the business, challenging yourself to sell the intrinsic value of our software solutions to prospects and customers. Your role will include managing and closing a pipeline of opportunities while collaborating with other Calabrio resources and presales teams.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Develop and execute a regional sales plan, including prospecting, pipeline development, and closing deals
  • Qualify and manage leads throughout the full sales cycle
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Support and leverage field marketing, product launches, and sales-generating programs
  • Gather intelligence on markets, prospects, and competition using various resources
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quota expectations

Success Criteria:

  • Effective execution of a regional sales plan with consistent pipeline development
  • Strong relationships with key decision-makers in strategic accounts
  • Quota attainment or exceeding set sales targets
  • Successful collaboration with marketing and presales teams to drive lead generation and conversion
  • A team player with a strong drive to win and succeed
  • Proven experience in prospecting and utilizing tools like Outreach, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
  • Demonstrated success in a consultative sales approach with senior business and technical executives, including CXOs and VPs
  • Consistent history of overachievement, with multi-year quota attainment
