The Success Operations AI Analyst role is a strategic and dynamic position within the Revenue Operations team. This individual will be instrumental in identifying, implementing, and optimizing AI tools and technologies that support the tactical and strategic objectives of the organization. A key focus of this role is leveraging AI to enhance operational efficiency, generate insights, and drive continuous improvement across business functions.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for artificial intelligence and a strong interest in applying AI tools in real-world business settings. This role is suitable for candidates with 0–7 years of experience and requires a blend of analytical thinking, technical curiosity, and cross-functional collaboration to drive performance and enable scale.

Key Responsibilities

· AI Tool Implementation: Identify, evaluate, and implement AI tools and platforms to support business operations and decision-making.

· Outcome Measurement: Design and execute measurement frameworks for Success programs, including defining KPIs, tracking performance, and translating results into actionable insights.

· Data-Driven Insights: Leverage AI and machine learning models to analyze data, uncover trends, and generate actionable insights.

· Automation & Optimization: Design and deploy AI-powered automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

· Program Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AI initiatives from planning through execution.

· Dashboard & KPI Development: Build interactive dashboards and performance management tools using AI-enhanced analytics.

· Executive Communication: Translate complex AI outputs into clear, compelling narratives tailored for senior leadership.

· Forecasting & Scenario Planning: Apply predictive modeling and AI-driven forecasting to support strategic planning.

· Process Innovation: Conduct process mapping and identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Success, Sales, Product, and Finance to align on goals and share insights.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred but not required.

· 0–7 years of experience in AI Operations, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.

· Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Google Cloud AI, Azure AI).

· Experience applying AI in business settings to solve problems or improve processes.

· Experience with outcome measurement programs and performance tracking.

· Proficiency in Salesforce, PowerBI, Excel, and other analytics or business tools.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.

· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Compensation will vary based on geographical location (see below) within the United States. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's location of residence and multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, and education.

San Francisco Bay Area Only:

107,000.00 - 181,700.00 USD Annual

National Major Cities plus, CA, CO, NY Metro area:

93,000.00 - 158,000.00 USD Annual

Regional plus NY:

83,700.00 - 142,200.00 USD Annual
