SUMMARY
The Fulfillment Manager applies professional principles, practices, and techniques to control project execution, schedule, and performance risks to ensure satisfied customers. Works with the BD, Engineering, Finance, and Operations departments to manage customer expectations in areas of communication, delivery schedule, and quality. Develop and maintain key relationships with field sales personnel to ensure an understanding of customer expectations in key areas of requirements and delivery timelines. This role has the responsibility and is accountable for all assigned projects and manages customer satisfaction, definition, planning, monitoring, and other aspects of a project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fulfillment Manager I Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible for thoroughly understanding and communicating customer requirements to appropriate company departments and managing all activities accordingly to successfully meet customer and company requirements and expectations.
• Establish clear ownership for project tasks, facilitate productivity by ensuring that the team has the tools and information to succeed, and provide timely feedback.
• Lead and facilitate delivery of project objectives.
• Track progress and review project deliverables and deliverable timeliness.
• Assess project issues or challenges proactively and identify mitigation plans to meet productivity, quality, and customer goals.
• Proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to management.
• Lead project Factory Acceptance Test and ensure successful execution.
• Identify, document, and provide resolution to customer complaints, and internal issues and ensure customer expectations are met.
• Conduct periodic project review meetings with stakeholders, and update the stakeholders’ needs and requirements.
• Lead project-related meetings, set up achievable targets, and follow up until completion.
• Work and coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project-related activities; Cradle to grave. Coordinate with all CTC International Manufacturing Facilities (IMF) for different aspects belonging to projects.
• Identify and troubleshoot execution issues when the need arises, and escalate appropriately as needed.
• Maintain timelines and target dates in related CTC Global ERP tools and communicate to all stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to CTC Global policies, procedures, and methodologies.
• Travel required up to 15% of the time.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• BS or BA degree or equivalent working experience.
• Minimum 7 years experience in a project management role or equivalent in a manufacturing or utility environment
• Certified Project Manager preferred
• Good understanding of process design and requirements for ISO 9000 and similar standards.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must be an expert with Microsoft Project or equivalent software tools.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens attentively and seeks clarification
• Ability to see the big picture while effectively managing details.
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership over increasingly larger projects.
• Duties are performed in an office environment while sitting at a desk. Requires the use of a computer keyboard, communicating over the telephone, and reading printed material.
• May require the ability to travel via automobile or airplane.
• May require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours.
