Reporting into the Head of FP&A – ANZ, this role is responsible for the provision of high-quality decision support, focused on management reporting and financial analysis to drive optimal performance and decision making for the region.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Prepare monthly management reports for the region.
  • Assist in the preparation of ARR snowball and identify trends, variances and anomalies.
  • Assist in the development of annual bottom-up regional budget.
  • Partner with regional business units to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Perform ad-hoc commercial analysis as required by management.
  • Assist in reporting tool integration project as required, includes ensuring accuracy and integrity of data, developing standard reports and performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Professional accountancy qualification (CPA or equivalent) or working towards completion.
  • Experience of working in a SaaS business is desirable.
  • 3-4 years’ experience in a Management Accounting or FP&A capacity.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Effective communicator with strong commercial acumen and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to break down complex data and provide insightful analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
  • Proactive personality and able to adapt to change quickly.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively and ensure timely delivery of reports and analysis.
