Ideagen is seeking a commercially minded and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As a trusted provider of innovative software solutions to the healthcare and life sciences sector, we’re entering an exciting phase of growth and we’re looking for someone who can help us build on that momentum.

In this key role, you’ll be the primary contact for strategic client accounts, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities and strengthening long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth:
    Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Strategic Account Planning:
    Manage and develop account plans for key customer accounts, ensuring alignment with their strategic business needs.
  • Contract Management:
    Oversee the contract renewal process, negotiating terms and conditions to ensure continued partnership.

  • Reporting & Forecasting:
    Compile and deliver insightful account reports and revenue forecasts to senior management.

  • Client Liaison:
    Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Strategic Account Planning:
    Manage and develop account plans for key customer accounts, ensuring alignment with their strategic business needs.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven ability to build strategic relationships within the healthcare sector and leverage CRM tools for deep client insights.

  • Skilled in driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities within high-ARR portfolios.

  • Expertise in crafting tailored value propositions to meet complex client needs.

  • Strong track record in securing favourable terms aligned with strategic account goals.

  • Proficient in data-driven forecasting and analytical reporting to project sales trends accurately.

  • Effective communicator with a collaborative approach to engaging internal and external stakeholders.
