We are currently seeking a highly motivated, results-driven individual to join our growing Business Development Representative team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on Ideagen's growth, by engaging in outbound prospecting activities, identifying key decision-makers, qualifying leads, and selling our value proposition. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the opportunity to contribute directly to our revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engaging in outbound prospecting activities.
- Identifying key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organisations.
- Qualifying and assessing leads based on predefined criteria.
- Effectively communicating Ideagen's value proposition and key differentiators
- Collaborating closely with the sales team, contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Engaging in consultative selling, actively listening to prospects' requirements and recommending tailored software solutions.
- Utilising CRM software to efficiently manage and track sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline.
- Actively participating in sales meetings, training programmes, and professional development activities.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, identifying potential opportunities for business growth
