Join our dynamic support team and help deliver exceptional service across our safety solutions at worksafeguardian.com.au and loneworker.com.au. You'll be supporting a diverse client base across various sectors, providing assistance through:

Responsibilities

  • Inbound/outbound calls
  • Live web chat and email support
  • Online training sessions
  • Knowledge of smartphones and web browsers

Skills and Experience

  • We’re looking for someone who’s tech-savvy, a great communicator, and eager to learn.
  • Experience in a support role is a plus, but not essential, we value attitude and adaptability most.
  • Flexibility with work hours is appreciated, as some shifts may vary.
