Ideagen is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Renewals and Partner Invoicing Specialist to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for candidate will be responsible for supporting the partner management function and managing various responsibilities including, order entry, partner administration, Salesforce Management, financial reporting, liaising with external departments and supporting partners. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, administration knowledge of partnerships, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the business.

• Manage global customer orders, including Salesforce entry, renewals, and timely issuance of invoices and license files.
• Oversee finance functions such as quote generation, invoice management, and data quality assurance.
• Communicate order processing updates, invoice status, and support issue resolutions to stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements across internal systems and workflows.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene and assist the sales team with renewal order entries.
• Handle stakeholder inquiries, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure timely resolution.
• Create and manage credit notes in alignment with internal systems.
• Collaborate closely with Management, Accounting, Tax, Support, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and timely updates.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting in line with company policies and best practices.
• Support renewals and other related activities as required.

• Must have 4+ years of experience in order entry within Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts, systems, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience producing detailed reports for senior management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite, and Zuora is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with SaaS-based organizations is advantageous.
