We’re seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to monitor threats, investigate security events, and support incident response. You’ll help operate key security tools, assist with vulnerability testing, and strengthen our overall security controls. Work with IT and engineering teams to provide clear insights that keep our systems and data protected.

Responsibilities

  • Help improve our cybersecurity processes, tools, and response capabilities.
  • Support the setup, operation, and optimisation of security tools and controls.
  • Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts and incidents.
  • Assist with vulnerability scans, testing activities, and remediation efforts.
  • Work with IT and engineering teams to strengthen system security.
  • Provide clear insights, recommendations, and reports to enhance our security posture.
  • Contribute to awareness initiatives that promote strong security practices across the organisation.
  • Stay up to date on emerging threats and share insights with the team.

Skills and Experience

  • A background in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science — or solid real‑world experience.
  • Experience in security monitoring, incidents, and vulnerabilities.
  • Strong grasp of cybersecurity basics, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with tools like SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners, and cloud security.
  • Ability to help roll out and support security tools and improvements.
  • Comfortable investigating threats, analysing findings, and supporting fixes.
  • Great communicator who thrives in cross‑team collaboration.
  • Calm under pressure, detail‑oriented, and always looking to level up.
  • Passion for staying ahead of new threats and emerging technologies.
