Help us improve and standardize business processes across acquired companies as our Business Analyst for a 6‑month integration project.

Responsibilities

Process Discovery

  • Understand and document how acquired companies run their sales, marketing, and customer processes.
  • Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

Process Mapping & Requirements

  • Compare current vs. standard processes.
  • Define future workflows and document requirements for systems like Salesforce and billing tools.

Gap Analysis & Solutions

  • Identify process and system gaps.
  • Recommend practical, efficient solutions with minimal customization.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Run workshops and align teams on plans and timelines.
  • Support training, UAT, and communication during changes.

Continuous Improvement

  • Keep documentation updated and reusable.
  • Share lessons learned to improve future integrations.

Skills and Experience

  • Around 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, ideally with M&A or post‑acquisition work.
  • Good working knowledge of Salesforce (Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud).
  • Experience with billing systems (Zuora preferred) and revenue processes.
  • Understanding of SaaS models, subscriptions, and customer lifecycle.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering and process mapping.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and building simple business cases.
  • Able to write user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Confident in leading workshops and getting teams aligned.
  • Willing to work under a fixed-term contract for 6 months.
